Sometimes We Just Don’t Get It!?! This Poem is just for Fun and Encouragement about a Future Event.
Today Alumni…We gather here…
Unafraid of our Kinship… that We hold dear.
Bound from one single fact that Unites us…
Delivered in Freedom from those We can’t trust.
From a Pathway…that lead many to the Gates of Hell…
We escaped by Faith Alone…though our Story is hard to tell.
Along many Roads, Office hallways, and Grocery Aisles…getting things done…
Filling up all our days…and spending all of our time and moments…while under the Sun.
So, We must conclude that…We honestly don’t know how…We were able to make it here…
It wasn’t from any of our own doings…We must make that clear.
Back there it was plotted for us to fail…
Yet…We stand here now…where We ultimately prevail!
Alumni from the Planet Earth…Welcome to your New World…Look out across your New Horizon…
Know that you are here now because of a Sacred Vow…and not from any works that any of you have done.
Consequently…Do you wonder how you made it here…?
Look to the Glorious light…and it will all become clear.
Simply put…You have all been through a lot…No one person made it here unscathed…
Not One Life here had it made down there…and had their road to Success all paved.
Subsequently…You spent many a day…in quandaries of what in the World is going to happen to us…
You had a bond with a Savior…who was ultimately…the only “One” you could trust.
And delivered us here…far above the things that brought us all down on Earth…
From a Pathway…on our daily Grind…where we gave it all We were worth.
And though some of our Trials down there…weren’t all that good or even bad…
Our Memories of those things will change in Eternity…from the Life We had.
So now Gather around, Alumni…Gather around…
Come forward into this New Place…Watch Your New Eternity Bound!
Know that things have changed dramatically from what you once knew…
Now you have an Eternity that is stretched out…far in front of you!
A New Place where the old has been stored away in a tiny wooden box…to adorn on a shelf…
Come into this new definition of your Future…of Understanding…of Peace…and of Yourself.
You did not make it here by Chance…
I was watching over you…through every circumstance.
And know that things are quite different here from everything you once knew…
However, all the new things here…you are already acclimated to.
Just want to say that I am so glad you made it here…Congratulations…
Come join in with all our Alumni here from all the Ages…and all Nations!
(Thank You, Lord…Amen!)

Enough of that intro. It is really great to be writing here on: "The Creative Exiles". I am lining up some of my best writings for this website. Going to "Bring-it" with a variety of "Poetic-able" Topics. So just kick back and enjoy some of the Poetry I send out to you. It’s all for “Entertainment” purposes only…so all you will have to do is read and enjoy my writings.
And, I really hope you do!
Now, it is time for me to go and write in a "Poet-icized" manner like those long ago “Men of Old” Poets would’ve once long ago done it. They have primarily inspired me to write Poems in a manner that is “Manly” like how they use to write Poetry.
