Or physical connection
Sounds impossible
To those who can’t conceive

Could it be the fear
Of great discovery
Or the loss
Of what they had believed
Every journey
Requires some surrender

Release yourself
To your higher being
Open your mind
Just for a time
Open your inner eye
See what you can see

Are you blinded?
Or stuck without direction
Find a friend
Seek an expert
Step outside that comfort zone
Almost like a new dimension

What name is called?
Palmist, Diviner
Healer, Shaman, or High Priest
Psychic, Astrologer
Energy worker, Light worker
Traveler

A helping hand
The missing key
To hidden doorways
Or unlocked talents
Tools of the trade
Some gifted, some trade

To those who believe…
We call them Deliverer, Godsend
Medicine Man, Medicine Woman
Bringers of Enlightenment
Guide, Shepard, Servant
Personal Savior

There are those who give,
And give some more
Without regard, remorse
Without expectations
Giving their time, their light
And their energies

And yet have no fear
Energies are to share
When one succeeds
We all succeed
Part of the collective
The individual remains

Understanding Energies…or Not

Energies are mysterious, volatile, and often dangerous.  But, they are also predictable, pattern-based, and the most powerful healing tool known in humankind.  The energy work discussed in this piece is the type of energy produced by the human body.  There are many different practitioners with a wide-range of skills and specialties; several were noted in the text of this piece.  Because of this, it’s difficult to put together a summary of exactly what the process looks like for an energy healing.
