Hallowed Are…
Hallowed the paths of the righteous,
devout in kindness, aspired of discipline,
and who against all odds, choose to remain still,
when the world in turmoil sweeps hearts away
in the vortex of intention’s ill,
who stand not in judgement or complicity,
but allow souls to follow their paths,
regardless of the falsity of gain,
so they may reap the recompense of learning.
Hallowed are the meek,
for they do not contend, rather
watch the ramblings of the rash and arrogant
on deaf ears land,
and in acceptance, not right or wrong,
a game of where the truth lays
and how a balance manifests in array,
to discover not invest in one or the other,
an observer, an erudite play.
Hallowed are the peacemakers,
those with eyes to see the endings
along with beginnings,
a foresight aligned to the divine,
and a mind to disarm the contentions
of ego’s will, and instil
a common ground, so peace reigns
and learning avails,
so we live in understanding.
Hallowed are those
who live within nature’s call,
in respect of life and balance
to reap the blessings but also oblige her needs,
her secrets and tranquillity upheld,
and within her endless gifts
to appreciate each moment
in the vast hues and forms of life,
we share and never take, on this earthly home.
Hallowed are the open-minded,
those willing to learn, and the laying down
of ego, to consider and discern,
when truth appears one way,
but another in secret dwells,
to be able to admit defeat,
and change as life sometimes decrees,
that is what makes a soul free,
in learning more, in changing be
all we can ever be.

Indeed Hallowed are those people who make a difference in our world. For without them, our planet would have denigrated a long time ago. Fighting for so many good causes helps prevent those who want to do us harm keep a distance. I am all for activism in a positive light to make changes for the good that will affect all of humanity.
