Let a Balanced Life Prevail

Let a Balanced Life Prevail
Let a Balanced Life Prevail

Freedom is release, nothing held inside,
expressed for what it is,
and with nothing withheld
there is no distraction from the now,
this moment where life happens,
and so we forge our paths from being,
not projecting, not looking back,
but from being present, now.

Emptiness can be filled,
but being filled is resistant,
where there is no more space left,
and what resides has an effect on thought,
emptiness is the possibility of choices,
what to accept or not,
and in that a conscious decision
to imbibe what we believe.

Thoughts come and go,
and few remain to form paradigms,
so it is best to live with emptiness,
an unlimited perception of now,
so we can be free, free from dogma
and always open to new truths,
extensions of our beliefs,
our understanding in constant flux.

Hold nothing in, no secrets, nor fears
to undermines ourselves,
instead express all
and be delivered in freedom,
open your eyes to see the present
without bias or limit,
and being judged is of no concern,
for judgement is a coarse ignorance.

Freedom of heart is like walking on clouds,
a lightness that is molded by serenity
and a sustenance for the soul,
for when we relent on fear and hiding ourselves,
we are suddenly cleansed,
and choices are our only task of being,
as thoughts become clear passages
to our wants and needs.

Carry not the burdens of past,
they are the weighted memories of mistakes,
instead let go and be empty
in a universe of plenty,
our thoughts to what matters now,
and our fears but past lessons learned,
discern what future we want,
and the peace of a balanced life prevails.
