A Humble Word Smith

A Humble Word Smith
A Humble Word Smith

I am but a humble word smith,
a heart tainted by human ineptitude,
but a soul enlivened to speak,
and I have no axe to grind, no blurred intention
other than truth in all its simplicity,
and love to give solace in this path of travail
we call life.

I am no seer, no worker of miracles,
just a voice from a soul of many lives,
and blessed by consciousness,
trying to live free of tyranny and corruption,
to forge a path less traveled
of spiritual communion and presence,
to better bear the burden of learning.

The words I speak are not contrived but flow
from realms and experience labored,
simple yet poignant their transcendent quality,
if hearts are open enough to listen,
and promises I cannot make for I do not control any life,
but when a soul is ready,
the words I speak can precipitate change.

I have no intention, just an underlying purpose,
and sharing is my blessed choice,
to paint the pictures in my mind
and for those who read to contemplate their lives,
to perhaps add a new perspective,
a new realization of infinite possibility,
to transcend the habitual chains of servitude.

I am a humble word smith,
always ready to share and learn,
as each life is a treasure trove, an opportunity to be better,
to understand life in a more meaningful way,
and to experience with all your soul
each day as a new beginning,
a manifestation of a path toward divinity.

I am a medium of esoteric favour,
a heart to speak of realms unknown,
a soul to echo past and future whole,
and perhaps we will know one another, now or before
and share a word of comfort,
in the warm glow of understanding,
or in a future as yet forged.
