Under Scrutiny, the Psychopath

Laparoscopic penetration,
cuts into psychotic interpretations
of machinations too broadly presented
to bind truth to libations of tribute,
rather dissertations of what truly
sits within a deluded mind.
And to cut out the virus,
the unknown mass of lies, that hold
a detached mind from being libelous,
trying to defend
an already skewed perspective,
a directive of such questionable ire.
Who can fathom the gravity,
of a cause lost in sobriety,
charity a less possible burden to carry
while erring toward a dastardly revenge,
while the psychosis recommends
blood and gore.
The camera is foggy, a Laparoscopic lethargy
that shows all the inconsistencies
that observation can acquire,
but the red and pulsing prodigy,
that evil mass so devilishly posed,
has a life of its own.
No operation can expose,
and no yielding flesh can propose,
a clean and thorough get away,
to rid this mind of fast decay,
instead a calm retreat and close,
that flesh too riddled, and it knows.
While under the microscope
the biopsy imposes threats of hope,
a scope so addled it cannot cope,
for malignancy offers no clemency,
no heart of sorrow’s mope,
just a definitive insanity to tote.
Too late for treatment,
this mind so diseased, it laments,
invents ways to weather the storm,
forlorn under scrutiny,
it writhes and moans with any means,
and accepts its own psychopathy to restore.

Most imaginative and creative. I am one who is fascinated with the mind of criminals and those not playing with full decks.
Glad you enjoyed it Rasma, yes it is a fascinating subject, the mind an enigma in many respects, especially a criminal mind. Cheers!
To scrutinize one’s inabilities is not an easy task, far from it. Yet, understanding and acceptance is paramount to love of self and embracing who we are. Excellent work, Tony. Take care.
Glad you appreciated the work Phyllis. Cheers!
