Kindred Soul
Kindred Soul …

Know I love you kindred soul of mine,
Forever a bright flame within my heart,
I walk with you in dreams, oh, so divine,
In soft whispers such love do we impart.
We walk through lands in spiritual mist,
Lazily while away the hours,
Among gardens the sun has kissed,
Enjoy the sweetness of fragrant flowers.
Meadows where Forget-Me-Nots, Columbine,
The sweetly fragrant Golden Wattle grow,
In a valley of peace where exists no time,
Where nature enriches the heart and soul.
Blend we do with nature, like the Heather
Growing o’er hills among the wild rose,
And listen to songs of the sea together,
While the call of a sea gull echoes.
Twilight captures the beauty of night,
Our words of love so deep unspoken,
The silver-blue moon casts silvery light,
O’er this spiritual love ever unbroken.
Above twinkle stars in endless dimension,
As we love in twilight fields of the fae,
In the joy of love beyond expression,
May our souls soar in endless day.
~
Kindred soul awake, we live so far apart,
Yet, between us there are no walls,
For we abide together in heart,
Always connected when the spirit calls.

Author’s Note
We search in life for kindred souls, others we love so much they are thought of as family, yet not like the physical family we were born into. A kindred soul is one who evolves with us spiritually throughout time, for eternity. Kindred souls have so much in common, are so spiritually close they are part of a whole, they are kin, soul family. One will feel very lonely if there is not a kindred soul in their life, so we seek them. We search in life for kindred souls, others we love so much.
