From Realms Unknown to Acceptance

From Realms Unknown to Acceptance
From Realms Unknown to Acceptance

Dispatched to realms unknown,
thoughts mirror echoes of beliefs all sewn
within the minds vast play,
adjusting the periphery,
the limits of the day we experience.

And through visions we align
our minds in time with expectations,
and manifest they do our beliefs,
to reap what we at first determine,
to placate the anguish of surprise.

So it is thought, then so shall it be,
and in this revelation we submit our limits,
our acceptable movements of life
driven by our wants to pacify
the changes we so abhor.

And in this delusion of safety
we still ourselves, holding onto states
that we accept as worthy of remaining,
yet life stands still for no-one,
and sooner of later change comes knocking.

We may panic or calmly respond,
but one way or another
our beliefs and capacity to adapt will be tested,
and stillness arrested for its stagnancy,
movement an urgency of necessity.

The past is gone,
it has no place in the present,
and so our acceptance of change
is an integral part of growth,
and without it we learn nothing but what’s been.

Although unknown realms may appear risky,
it is certain to be beneficial in acceptance,
for we need to change, adapt and grow in life,
rather than live in fear
and stay grounded to the past.

Beliefs like all truths evolve
with our perception and understanding,
and what was once unfamiliar, becomes home,
as we adjust our minds to acceptance and potential,
refreshing our consciousness in growth.

Although it is not always easy to let the past lie in peace, change is inevitable. If learning does not follow change then we do not grow. We are here to learn, it is a natural and necessary process, one we must be able to accept or suffer the consequences. Very well expressed message, Tony, a pleasure to read and learn from. Great work indeed. Take care
