Intoxicating View

The clouds amass,
in ever burgeoning plumes,
skating silently through the blue infinity,
shadows cast and linings glisten
in heaven’s pristine light of divinity.
And as they move so gracefully above,
I draw their evolving forms
on my imaginary canvas,
as if to trace their elusive fate
with deft hands.
So gently the winds carry them,
their motion in delicate hold,
of a palate so finely honed and subtle,
a hidden mist to a majestic double,
as time slowly unfolds.
They seem to whisper to me,
truth perhaps in revelation’s keep,
like God himself in intimate giving,
sharing a secret as yet untold, for me to reap,
for my sole consideration.
If I listen closely,
may be I’ll learn of epiphanies,
as if my attention opens an old oak door,
to a chamber where truth is at ease,
and I in erudite mind, imbibe.
In indolent gaze,
those pure forms do soothe me,
as if to gently flow my mind in careless refrain,
a world without pain, or woe,
as clouds transform my day.
Imagination’s gone wild,
each moment a transformation,
as shapes and thoughts amass as they,
a mind a clutter with vast arrays
of consideration.
And I am attuned to this endless sky,
its beckoning secrets imploring mind and soul,
as clouds trace new grounds,
each single cloud anew, re-found
in a world of possibility.
Such bliss this sight,
this light upon a white evolving truth,
ever-changing directions and shapes
to elicit my inquiring mind,
and intoxicate my view.

The majesty of the sky the allure what lies beyond, if you want to see what real beauty is, just check out a sunset filled with all different shades of orange, purple, magenta and blues. And you are right, it’s as if they speak to us in a why different than any other. Each of them relaying a different message. Excellent work my friend.
