Eternal Love Takes You Home
Eternal Love Takes You Home …

When love has blessed your heart, hold it dear,
E’en though the one loved feels not the same,
For love has a divine reason,
Mayhap a season to learn and spiritually grow,
Listen to the voice of love and believe,
It bespeaks of truths within divinity’s purpose,
Winds of change will put all in eternity’s right time.
Love is the highest of joy, the deepest of pain,
The gift of pure bliss, or unbearable sadness,
From the height of ecstasy when two souls
Quiver together in passion’s embrace,
Or shake in sorrow if the beloved turns away,
And you feel torn apart, aching with loneliness.
Love enfolds you, strips you bare,
Knows every part of you, connects with your soul,
Sets you free from all inhibitions,
Makes you whole when together,
Raises you up to that sacred state of being
One in spirit – mind, body, heart and soul,
For the moment of bliss, for all time.
Love is the core of life, your center,
It is all the secrets deep within, of your heart,
Makes you part of the divine plan of all life,
Eternal love takes you home.
