World Without Limits

World Without Limits
World Without Limits

The heart swells, the heart recedes,
and circumstances whirl in an abyss of possibility,
as we in fated stance, endure,
and for all the pain and joyous gifts
given in perpetuity, life is reward enough.

For what would bliss be,
without the pain of loss, the struggle to realize it,
what would we know of it without suffering,
and what would we learn of consequence
without recompense in play?

Balance is not just law,
but the means of experience,
the learning of extremes our teacher,
to be able to appreciate whatever we experience,
and know it is our soul that prospers.

We judge too harshly
what we do not understand,
and create and exacerbate our woes,
rather that accept the lesson and glean wisdom,
all because we judge one thing over another.

Life is bliss, at its core,
and seeking bliss is like an inflated expectation,
when bliss is a perception of life and its offerings,
not fashioned by a wanting mind,
but from a mind of appreciation.

We choose how we see life,
its ever-changing circumstances,
and in acceptance of all paths and tribulations
we acknowledge life’s scope and possibility,
rather than chase rainbows.

If we would just find quietness of mind,
explore without pursuit,
we would surely find whatever we wanted,
for the limits of our belief are the limits of our world,
and our world has no such limits.

Bliss – blessed with the joy of life. You are so right on we would not know bliss if we have not suffered pain and loss. My two marriages brought much suffering and pain – thus I recognize and embrace bliss and knowing I have no limits to happiness. Marvelous work Tony.

So glad you appreciated it Paul; much of my work goes unnoticed, I guess because some people are not ready to hear some truths that may contradict their beliefs or understanding. I really appreciate your kind words my friend. Take care.
