By the Light of the Full Moon
Shadows mysteriously mix with the wind,
which blows night clouds ,
through the sky.
There comes a play of shadow and light –
as the full moon shines bright.
A silvery gleaming light –
that is so romantic,
when it shines upon water,
it seems that the river –
has turned to molten silver.
You can trace a path across,
like a silver bridge,
to where the moon meets the river.
When it shines upon a garden –
it seems to make everything a fantasy.
The flowers seem to come to life
and the wind whispers sweet things.
By the light of the full moon,
kisses seem more passionate,
hearts beat ever faster
and love becomes so romantic.
Listen to the breezes –
on a night with a full moon,
you can almost hear the loveliest melodies.
Look up above where the clouds are playing hide and seek,
see the stars twinkling all about.
As the rays of the moonbeams,
come streaming down,
if you can imagine –
you can see golden stardust.
Just to be in the spotlight,
as the moon keep on shining,
dancing long into the night
and feeling so right.
It’s a show you don’t want to miss,
by the light of the full moon.
