Let’s Dream About Christmas Angels

Christmas Angels …

Let’s dream about Christmas angels,

about the wonders they bring,

about the beauty of the stars above

and the moment of Jesus birth.

the warmth they light into our hearts,

about the wonders of the cold, starry nights

and blankets of snowy white.

Let’s dream about Christmas angels,

that sit atop our Christmas trees

and tell about the wonders –

that this world holds.

and the magic of the holidays before us,

of the grace and goodness –

that fills our hearts.

Let’s dream about Christmas angels,

that herald glad tidings,

that upon Christmas Eve –

our Savoir was born.

and know that our tears they will dry,

that the sadness we feel –

will be gone with the light from above.

they’ll bring us so much love,

that with our dear ones we can share,

bringing smiles to each and everyone.

Let’s dream about Christmas angels,

who are all around us,

let’s hear their trumpet blare

and know that God is near.

slowly each and every tear will dry,

a glow of sweet love and blessings all around,

the night without a sound –

only special Christmas songs.

and the peace they bring,

make our hearts sing –

to awake to a bright and shiny Christmas morn.
