Emotions and Our Body

Emotions can rule our bodies…
We are what we think,
down to every cell, and our addictions
and predilections the maintenance
of that state of mind,
be it positive or negative,
each profoundly effecting our health
and the processes of thought and action.
Premature aging, chemical deficiencies
and low moods are all consequences
of negative thought and attitudes,
betraying our physical form
and upholding our habitual neural network,
so that emotions are ongoing
and ignited defensively.
The more we invest in negative behaviours,
the less our health will be,
until we become chronic and beyond
rectification or reversal;
such is our connection between mind and body,
a downward spiral and without the necessity of change,
a life cut short, shriveled by negativity.
Nutrition is just one aspect of cellular health,
the other major contributor is neural peptides
produced by the hypothalamus
and created from negative emotional addictions,
cells calling for the peptides, distributed then docked,
destabilizing the cell,
making it weaker and of poorer health.
We truly are what we think,
and addictions, whether they be negative emotions,
or even physical love and any repeated neural patterns,
can negatively effect our cells to damaging degrees,
and in response the only way to change,
is to change our negative emotions and thus the neural network
that connects our brain in electrical response.
The healthiest way to live, is to practice kindness,
empathy, compassion and universal love,
and live in happiness,
creating a new neural network
that benefits our mind and body.
Indeed spirituality is not just a way to think,
but a way to live healthily.

Last night I dreamed about chains and how everything is linked – one missing link or one negative link can throw the whole thing askew. This is a very important message you have here, Tony, one we all need to read and remember. Great work.
Glad you appreciated it Phyllis, Have a great day!
