Love Dreams, Love Abides

Love Dreams, Love Abides

love dreams

I walk through the rose garden alone,
And my heart is full of love for him.
Roses bring the essence of love dreams
To me and fills my spirit with joy.
I abide within my love for one
So far away, and the best I can hope for
Is friendship and understanding.
I know it is best to follow the intended path,
Yet at times, I know not what my
Intended path is and I feel lost.

He is so kind, so sincere and love
Is in his heart and soul,
His life is love, his spirit is love,
And that raises the strength in
My own spirit, helps me grow
And go forth in life with joy,
Knowing I love a good person
Gives me a strong spirit,
A gentle heart and the knowledge
He is a good friend to me.

I walk through the rose garden alone,
The roses send love to me and fills
Me, fills my whole being with peace
As I walk in heavenly bliss.

Whither he wanders,
Whither he goes,
My love stays with him
Like the red red rose.

When one finds a special love in life, the one that touches the deepest part of your soul, hang on to it. Love often does not come easy, it takes time to settle and grow. Love needs attention and work, just like when a seed is planted, it needs to be nurtured and cared for so it can grow.

That special person is the one that fills your heart with a love that is like no other. That is a love for life. It is love which nothing can harm or end, not even death. True love which was meant to be can conquer all threats, it goes beyond all outside influences and beyond death. Don’t let life go by without love – it is an incredible gift and should be cherished. Hold on to those love dreams and let love abide in that special someone.

I am an author on TCE and write mainly in poetry and short stories. I have always liked to write. It is important to me that writing comes from my heart and soul. When writing poetry, if I do not feel a spiritual connection to what I am writing on, I will discard it and go on to something I can connect with on a spiritual level. I live in the moment, I write from the past or beyond the veil. When writing fiction I go with whatever inspires me at the moment - it could be funny, sorrowful, romantic or sometimes done with the use of colloquial language from mountain folk or other cultural regions. I began writing content online in 2007, starting with BellaOnline - A Voice For Women, where I was the Native American Editor, Folklore & Mythology Editor, and the Appalachian Editor. I also wrote articles for The Examiner, Daily Two Cents, and Yahoo. I am currently an author on HubPages. Most of what I write takes a lot of research and I love it. Even if it is a fictional story, I will research for accuracy in whatever it takes to make my characters, their era, their location, etc. become realistic to the reader. I hope you enjoy my works. Thank you for visiting.
