Just What She Is, a Miracle

Just What She Is, a Miracle
Just What She Is, a Miracle

She walks the hallways of my mind,
each door opened,
one more piece of me known,
and although it could be intrusive:
straddled by fear,
only warmth appears
as she pervades my soul
with delicate touch.

Concern dissipates,
as each day she delves deeper,
and doors untouched now open,
make me face myself,
as much as I can bare,
in knowing who I am,
for her and myself,
in open hearted vulnerability.

Why her, how can she achieve this feat,
when I, cloaked from myself,
now defeated,
at the hands of love, without judgement,
just a knowing that seals those wounds,
long festered in my darkest corners,
and she invested,
loves every one clean.

I feel my soul free,
as light at butterfly wings,
and what I abhorred
is now restored to forgiveness,
and those dark shadows take flight into light,
never to look back,
and I surge with energies once lost
to my unrequited fears.

She is a miracle, a beauty beyond life,
and she resides inside me, and
within my secret life she abides who I am,
as she, like a blissful day
comes to play and take my hand,
leads me to treasured thoughts
that possess my soul,
and deliver me to love.

Such beauty brings tears to me. Love itself is the miracle that can heal and restore, for both the loved and the one who loves. The greatest work is that which comes from the heart and soul. Well done Tony and very much appreciated.

Such beauty, brought into the light, and written indelibly. What a remarkable spirit to have within, to shed all fear and vulnerability, a treasure to guide, indeed. Lovely piece, Tony. A ‘Kudos’ to you.

    Best,
    Mel

Much appreciated Mel, yes a rare find in human beings. This girl is all that and completely unassuming. Not really the picture posted; she’s a face a fell in love with. Just my admiration of beauty. Take care.
