Freedom Without Fear

Falling is but freedom,
a release from bounds,
and as fleeting as it is,
it is a glimpse, a moment,
filled with both fear and exhilaration
that proffers more than experience;
for when do we truly let go of limits,
accept no control
in the life we construct,
one filled with limits of acceptance?
Control is much sought after in life,
yet it is a wall of imprisonment,
where outside possibility exists,
and we in our ignorance stifling it,
when freedom beckons our attention,
not tethered by our fears;
so who is courageous enough to accept freedom,
allow life to carry us,
rather than struggle every moment
to maintain a believed control?
All we complain about,
cry oppression and mistreatment,
is by our own hand,
dictated by our fears
and panicked control,
when life is a flow of being,
guiding us gently to our chosen fates,
our learning the ascension of the soul,
and the more we struggle against it,
the harder it will be.
Freedom is the knowing that we are meant,
that we have purpose,
and when we accept this faith in being,
all the limitations of fear dissipate,
giving life the scope to take us where it may,
in the knowledge we are safe,
that even death cannot take us,
just deliver us to other pathways,
where gifted experience brings us closer
to perfect light.
