Life in reflection…
A glimmer of sky resounds like a silent cacophony,
vibrant blues shimmering in reflection,
and the gentle sound of water trickling
mirrors every leave and frond that abounds,
in such profusion, such a delicate meshing of life.
And the smell of mulching leaves and bark,
moist from the morning dew,
fill my senses with assurance, that life ensues,
and beneath me a microcosm of movement,
a fluid symbiotic motion.
Air is clean as if virgin to the breath,
and senses writhe in joyous communion
within the woven forest,
light dancing through canopy and swaying leaf,
to the rhythmic morning replenishment.
The quiet being is like a symphony of sound,
an unsaid love poem of sweet intention,
and feeling the surging of life
a blessing of profound proportions,
ever yielding a sentient mind to humility.
Here in the forest, life is perfection,
no waste, no contention, no moment unwanted,
and death as life steps forward unperturbed,
for this IS life, the cycles of eternal being,
change, like a soothing nudge to worlds unseen.
