Beyond the Limits of Understanding
Within the restraints of my acceptance,
my world exists,
extrapolating the limits of my understanding,
and beyond that periphery
is all I do not know, cannot grasp,
truths to be gleaned and sewn into my thoughts,
so I may grow within the path of my potential.
That which does not reside within my understanding,
negates truth by default, and I,
ignorant of the possibility, cannot think beyond me,
unless in creative thought, reach further than my limits,
and imagine the unknown, intuitively,
thought, like a door to new worlds unexplored,
proffering new ways to understand reality.
The haze of confusion
beyond the demarcation of the known,
is unclear because of our perception,
relying only on our experience of form and recognition,
where truth exists on any plane of existence,
both of imagination and creativity included,
and when sought, the unknown bows to our inquiry.
Thought then becomes the intrepid explorer,
willing to go into realms unknown
to furnish truth in whatever form,
to satisfy the thirsting mind,
and to reveal those truths hidden within
the multi-layers of reality,
the very reflections of sentient possibility.
