All Blessed in Our Own Way
Knowledge is an insight into certain aspects of life,
and often rejected by those who think they know,
as we all want to believe we are better than we are;
egos can be ruffled when our views are simply superseded
by someone who actually knows through experience.
The way forward is to always listen
to experience and knowledge gleaned from life,
no matter from where it comes,
as we can’t experience and know everything ourselves;
it is well we listen to learn something new,
and by doing so acknowledge our limitations,
but also know we are moving forward, our ego aside.
This openness is paramount to learning,
and we can learn so much from one another,
as each experience in life is unique and sharing it a real joy,
so that we may better each other’s lives,
knowledge the key to understanding and contentment.
Natural talent does not always appear in broad spectrum,
and while some of us are adept in certain areas
of knowledge and performance,
other are quite inept, opinions based on limited understanding;
and that is life, the differences that make us all special,
all worthy of insights unique and worthwhile,
value, a matter of perception.
