2017, Yet Another Chance to Get it Right….a message
Don’t know about you but last year was a doozy! I was fine, but much disruption, accidents and contention seemed to indelibly mark the year for all those close to me. It has been a challenge and seemed to test us all due to its unexpected events and hardship.
They say life is a learning experience and I must say 2016 afforded many, some difficult to take. But in the end we all survived although the dramas keep coming, contentions unwarranted still a burden, but we’re all still standing.
In numerology terms 2017 is a ‘one’ year, a year that presents challenges and opportunities for the self, personal endeavours and focus upon growth and change to transform circumstances. This can be both positive and negative, depending upon how we deal with what we are given. I’m hoping that the mayhem of the previous ‘nine’ year will fade and give us all a break, but you know the universe, no rest for the wicked. Lol.
In any case, whether positive or negative circumstances follow us into the new year, we each have the power to overcome and make right choices that ensure our prosperous lives. We all have much to be thankful for and no matter what presents itself, we have the strength to endure and transform our lives, our kindness, compassion and love the answer to all contention, and the happiness we deserve and can have readily. So as we enter the new year, let go of past conflicts, forgive those who don’t know any better and enter this year of opportunity unencumbered by the past.
I want to wish all my friends and fellow writers and readers on TCE, a wonderful new year filled with love and joy and the promise of peace for all mankind. Change starts with each one of us, so if the world needs changing, we must firstly change ourselves.
