Clusters of Trouble

Clusters of Trouble
Clusters of Trouble…overwhelmed

Clusters, like colliding dark resolves
may plague our lives,
all at once, blow after blow,
and we wonder what have we done
to deserve such wrath,
yet life knows no discrimination,
and what ensues just cause and effect,
each strike against us, not deliberate
but timely in a karmic manner,
measuring not the impact,
but how we deal with each and every woe,
how we understand life’s measure.

Learning is our plight,
patience, application, kindness and calm,
are words that test us in crisis,
yet they are the key to resolution,
the path of quiet and considered action,
to change our seemingly turmoil of a life,
into a calm and flowing balance,
the aspects of anger and frustration
like a veil over the truth,
and we to choose a path for our own sake,
in order to both understand
and make clear our future.

Oppression in life, may become
a stance of victim mentality,
which holds us to our woes,
rather than calmly working through each restraint,
with resolve and full awareness,
to find balance
that manifests in life like a remedy,
an instantaneous relief
from those feelings of weight,
that keep us down,
depressed and unmotivated,
rather than in control and learning.

This so hits home for me, Tony, and eases my mind a lot. These are very good thoughts to keep in mind for days when so many issues comes all at once and it is time to stop, step back, and breathe. Another great life lesson you pen so well.

Thanks Phyllis, my family have just been through one such week of disaster after disaster. Thus prompted this piece. Cheers!
