Timeless Love
Devoted Forever …

Love is as timeless,
as the waves upon the sea.
Forever coming and going
tossed about with the tides longing to be free.
It’s as timeless,
as fairy tales of old.
Always someone new to pass it along to
and always a delight when it is true.
As timeless
and as wide as the sky above.
Something that stretches into eternity
like the stars twinkling through the ages.
Love is as timeless
as the sun and the moon in the sky.
The sun shining down upon us
in the daytime and the moon guiding us at night.
As timeless
as couples sitting by candlelight –
in a soft romantic glow,
that lovers all over the world know.
Just as timeless,
as the clouds in the sky,
always there for one’s delight,
sailing to and fro.
Love is as timeless,
as romantic melodies,
played over and over,
leaving precious memories.
As timeless,
as the love shared by two,
lovers who are as one –
devoted forever.
Time passes by quickly,
love remains as constant,
as the orbits,
rounding the earth.
When it seems,
as if the world is tipping,
at a crazy angle,
no matter what else may happen –
love is timeless and love will remain.
