9/11, a Travesty

9-11
9/11, a Travesty

Incomprehensible, the circumstance,
the evil that minds contrived,
for the sake of money, personal profit,
despite collateral damage in overdrive.

9/11, a disaster of immense proportions,
undertaken by covert operations
to deliver reason for a war undeserved,
weapons of mass destruction a deliberate lie of intention.

So many lives lost to deliberate destruction,
to move a nation to war against
those who did no provoke it,
so war mongers could make billions as a consequence.

Undeniable proof: cut beams, chemicals
and buildings detonated to free fall,
the maximum destruction of concrete
and every article ground to fragments.

The cover-up, a national disgrace,
hundreds of eye-witnesses, tampered films,
an actor to play bin Laden’s responsibility address,
and still no action against the perpetrators.

Even the detonation of building seven
could not be outwardly scrutinised,
with such flimsy reasoning given as fire damage;
a typical demolition job, in every respect,
photographed in detail as the central girders were blown.

How can a nation hide the most obvious truth
and get away with it?
How can a president and Bin Laden’s brother
be in such close alliance to make so much money
out of arms trading?

This act was mass murder,
yet what charges have been brought?
The truth so completely proven
has been dismissed
and the world looks on in wonder.
What civilized nation could do such a thing?

This was a powerful piece of writing and I am sure will prove very controversial. I have heard some aspects of this conspiracy theory, Tony, and also find much of it difficult to dispute. I could go on, but once I start it is difficult to stop. Suffice to say, the Iraq war should never have happened and was totally unjustified.

Agreed John, and it is not a theory but proven beyond doubt by hundreds of witnesses, engineering experts , photographic evidence and connections between people within the government. I cannot believe they all just get away with it.

Far too much has been hidden, covered up with lies and wrong information. We are in a world gone insane. As John says: “powerful piece of writing.” Will we ever know the truth, I doubt it. Great work, Tony.

We know the truth, its just that the people concerned can’t be touched. Sad state of affairs, especially for the families of those who died.

Well, you are right, Tony. I guess I worded it wrong. Those untouchables are above the law and (you know how candid I am) should be taken out.
