Heartfelt, the reaching out,
the intention of an open heart,
often rare in this contentious world,
and love not vulnerability drives a soul
to caring hands and a welcome smile,
the true wish to connect, find common ground,
and know that we are of the same ilk,
on our labored paths in life.
No matter the circumstance,
to be open is a treacherous act,
for so much harm awaits us in life,
but love can conquer fear, our true nemesis,
the clothing so many wear,
in defense of dark possibilities yet manifest,
letting love pervade can only placate
much of the fears that grip the souls of pawns.
Love is our choice, our resounding attesting to life,
with all its possibilities unburdened by fear,
the doubts that grip a soul to stagnancy,
to isolation and dysfunction,
and when we stand for our belief in love,
nothing can deter our intention,
for when love in held, it ignites the very core of creation,
the very spark of energy that is life itself.

When love is the force which drives a soul it does light that spark of energy, Life itself. It is scary at times to think of love, or being in love. To take the risk is far better to never know. Beautiful as always, Tony.

I believe in LOVE as fleeting and slippery as it can be to many of us. LOVE resonates throughout the world, it awaits those who truly know how to respect it and share it with their fellowman. Love calms the heart and soul, without it we slowly perish. Great work indeed, Tony.
