Imprisonment
Imprisonment!
I cannot see!
For I am trapped!
This prison blinding me
Steely bars stand all around
Outside world immersed in clouds
Thunderclaps
Acridic light
Angry winds
Consume my sight
Taunting hands
My tenuous grip
Wrenching at my illusion
Gathering blindness
Smothering
Questioning this reality
Third degree assaulting me
Have I finally crossed?
Am I lost?
What’s the cost?
Is this insanity my inevitability?
Plagued with fear
These incursions haunt me
Relentless
Ever growing
Still unknowing
What comes after this beginning?
Wearing thin
Silent screaming
Endless shouting
Motioning
Positioning
And then nothing
Sensory projection
Yet no one is listening
Or watching
Seeing is no longer believing
More screaming
Lucid dreaming
The voices scheming
Shocking
Rocking
Angry blocking
Head pounding
Moment mounting
Whispered sounding
Must release them
Must be free
Blind my eyes,
So, I do not see
Pierce my ears,
No sound for me
Take my tongue
Choke my lungs
With mine own hands
This final stand
