I Laughed a Smile
This was my first attempt at writing and publishing an eBook of poetry. I Laughed a Smile contains a varied collection of poetry ranging from my very first poems penned as I rode the train to and from my office job in the city, to many I wrote for HubPages before I joined the Creative Exiles.
This anthology includes many different styles and subjects to suit varied tastes. Some poems will uplift you, some will make you cry, while others will make you laugh hysterically. The poems are not separated into categories and appear in random order so you never really know what is coming next. I always have been an advocate for the element of surprise.
The book can be purchased through Lulu, Barnes and Noble, Apple Books, Kobo, and Amazon Kindle.

Yes. Yes. And Yes! John I am purchasing your book to add to my collection of TCE authors and friends. I am pretty excited by this it looks write up my alley! Jamie
Oh Jamie, I greatly appreciate that. I really need to do the same. There are a few books from fellow TCE authors and friends that I need to purchase…I am just slow, but I will get there.
Congratulations on the success of your book, John. I always like your poetry and must get the book. Well done!
Thank you Phyllis. Your kindness and support are always appreciated.
It is about time you published John; you are such a talent. I will be purchasing a copy soon…
Thank you, Kurt. I actually published this a few years back but was not happy with the way the formatting turned out when changed to epub. I have since reworked the book until I was happier with it and republished it. I have got more books of poetry in the works, hopefully, I can devote time to finishing them soon.
