Spiritual Kinship Dream
This Spiritual Kinship Dream
is a dream that gave her hope,
which may never become physical reality,
yet it is a hope of spiritual love,
filled with understanding and acceptance.
It is a dream that healed her, body and soul,
so she could rise above her physical desires
and pain, to find spiritual peace.

She loves him deeply with a love sincere and true,
he always treated her with kindness
and thought of her as soul kin,
but she expressed her love too often,
She just wanted to assure him
he was loved, but he felt trapped
and left her.
He could not trust such a love,
for it brought back bad memories
of a past love which betrayed him.
He could not find peace with the old love
so he begins to create a distance
from one who loves him true.
She deeply feels the pain of loss
which hurts so much,
and creates her own distance
from him yet misses him sorely.
He comes back, full of anger from the past
and directs the old anger towards her.
He yells and blames her for his inability
to emotionally heal, loses control of anger
and spills it out at her.
He turns to leave again and stumbles.
As he goes down his head falls off
and shatters like pottery shards.
She sees he was not his true self,
as anger and bad memories flow
from his head like a river of rapids
which turn into a peaceful river flowing gently.
Each gentle wave of the peaceful river
is like a moment of time.
Each moment flows away to never return.
Each new moment becomes filled with peace
and love that flows with the river of life.
He rises whole, renewed and sees her
with new eyes, new thoughts.
He sees her love is true, sincere, honest,
and that she loves him wholly.
He reaches out to her and they embrace,
embrace the love and beauty
of spiritual kinship.
This dream gave her the courage
to let her painful love go
and let it be as it should be.
