Living a Joyful Life

Living a Joyful Life
Living a Joyful Life

Dreams fall from grace like confetti,
hopes in coloured profusion upon the ground,
yet the mind is unstoppable,
and further dreams replace those fallen,
and life moves on, unrelenting.

It proves that thoughts and ideas
don’t have to come to fruition to make a different,
the fact they touched our minds
is often all that’s needed,
that spark of creativity feeding us.

It is never results that dictate ascension
in a spiritual context, rather
the process of mind that creates the thoughts and dreams
in the first place, and so
we evolve through our own perceptions.

Life is a process of learning,
but it is ourselves that determine understanding
and therefore ascension, a higher ability
to find truth and purpose
and apply our knowledge for betterment.

Our lives indeed lead us to learning,
our mistakes and failures afford both pain
and realisation that we are fallible yet filled with potential,
and it is our rising after failure
that gives us character and wisdom.

Each breath, each thought matters,
as it is experience itself that raises us,
not success, not money or position,
but our moment to moment thoughts of kindness,
of compassion and understanding life’s flow.

If we imbibe love as a paradigm for life,
we decide to inhibit negative feelings and thoughts,
instead engender love in every aspect of life,
every thought and action a deliberate quality,
to be connected to life profoundly.

The past is gone, it may hold hurt and disappointment,
but that hardly relates to now,
and in fact can colour now with unwanted emotions,
so let it go, and be present in this moment,
where dreams are just thoughts away, and life is joyful.

Putting the past behind us, the hurts, pain, memories is the best thing we can do for our hearts and soul. Moving forward with LOVE in our hearts, showing others that love daily and respecting everyone’s feelings no matter their color, creed, point of view. Life is too short to HATE, let love continue to wrap it’s arms around us and envelope us daily. A beautiful expressed piece Tony, you have my respect as always. Cheers
