Living in Hope…

Living in Hope...
Living in Hope…

The sand pit is filled with recalcitrant egos,
swollen with maniacal dreams,
supreme power and the worship of drones
too enamored to complain, to know
the blind passage of their captivity.

Together they threaten the world,
armed combat an inevitable conclusion
to their growing concerns,
their opposing paradigms of conflicted belief,
soon to manifest in a war unknown.

Secretly they all conspire
to stay one step ahead,
their individual power, immense,
their growing technologies to one day come
at the expense of billions.

War is not just possible, but inevitable,
for humanity strives for control,
and when opposition stands against us
it motivates us more in our ego’s reckless thirst,
its uncompromising call.

We have allowed, by our apathy and blind patriotism,
to believe aspiring leaders
who are heartless and self-conceited,
to carry out their own agendas,
all of which do nothing for the common man.

The slowly progressing scenario
has been in planing for many years
and the powers will soon be forced to face off,
isolation and propaganda the driving force
of those orchestrating the struggle for a decisive end.

I can see the slow and escalating circumstances
that all find direction to add to the isolation, the distrust,
the provocation of military force,
and those who rule in that sandpit
are many steps ahead of the eventuality.

The question is not if but when,
and how many will be sacrificed
for the ultimate One World Government,
echoes of Orwell’s ‘1984’ as real as sun break,
and a dismal thought for a humanity of such potential.

Can this be avoided, I doubt it,
because those in power are flawed,
are too stubborn to see the truth,
and in anger and retaliation
what comes could remove earth altogether.

There is always hope,
always love and that can conquer all,
but there will need to be more of a presence
than a few writing truth upon a wall,
and no-one responding to it.

I live in hope…

I live in hope, too, Tony. That one-world-government is comprised of evil, maniacal people who care about noone except those who follow the plan. They belong to the same class as kjy. Your words carry a heavy, frightening message for the not too distant future. Mankind needs to do a hell of a lot more than just being aware of pending doom if we are to survive. One hope I have is that there are two or more factions who are self-seeking and they will destroy each other, leaving the good of humanity to have a better chance of re-building a better world for future generations. Great work, Tony my dear friend. Take care.
