The Healing Vibration of Sound

The choir sings and melodies
waft so freely, riding streams of air currents,
as if echoing, prolonging each phrase,
and their vibrancy the connection to clouds,
seemingly gathering to adorn each precious note.
How voices rise in angelic splendour,
when harmonies blend to perfection,
and soulful voices render hearts plea,
as if to request omniscient glee
and the praise of all that evokes love.
Sound is the healer, the vibration
our connection to life’s nuances and emotions,
and how music does release
our deepest notions to ride the ether,
to ascribe the purity of life’s being.
The stuff of stars is our make-up,
and each gathering into form responds to vibration,
a resonant note that inspires voices within,
quivering in tune with magical effect,
and so sound may heal in sympathy.
Frequency can both promote or rescind matter,
invigorate or shatter in its effects,
and vibration has the ability to cure disease,
to ease pain and suffering, without any side-effects,
any harm to healthy cells.
While we stew in a cauldron of chemicals,
invest and drown in their would be hope,
a natural healer awaits discovery, or should I say uncover
what has already been proven,
and for seventy years hidden to protect an industry.
We are such evil creatures at times,
so wound up in the physicality and greed of control,
when vibration, the key to transformation
is left sadly in the shadows
where wealth promotes not healing, but sickness.
Have you ever wondered
why music has such a profound effect within us,
how it can connect with emotions and feelings so deep
that it is indeed an answer to many questions,
and yet we see it as no more than sound,
when vibration is a key to a universe
of healing and realization?

So true, Tony. Sound, vibrations, has a profound effect on us. It can bring out deep emotions and moods, take us to distant places where the spirit is free and soaring. Some music has a tremendous effect on me. Have you heard about the Integratron? https://integratron.com/ It is one of the top places on my bucket list – to spend a week there, take “sound baths”, write poems and about my experience. I wish a group of TCE members could make it a group session – the inspirational poetry to come out of it would be phenomenal.
“vibration has the ability to cure disease,
to ease pain and suffering, without any side-effects,
any harm to healthy cells.”
I am glad you noted that and hope more people read this verse to become more aware of the healing powers of sound.
Sounds interesting, excuse the pun. lol Glad you appreciated the thoughts. In a forties a doctor who invented a machine that could determine the frequency of cancerous tissue, used it to cure 100 terminally ills patients. He and his machine disappeared and his discovery was never heard of again. This is such a wicked world. Glad you related Phyllis. Cheers!
