Concerns like vultures circling,
weigh a mind with misleading annoyance,
as once touted can inhibit
the positive flow of thought,
looming incessantly to create imbalance.
Holding onto worry
is a precursor to manifestation,
as our constant upholding
gives power and place to the concern,
to unintentionally fashion its happening.
Obstacles, challenges and fears
create a weighted mind,
encumbered by possibility,
when possibility should be
a positive expectation, fostered as fortuitous.
When we give worry
the same space in our minds,
we just give credence to it,
give it power to dominate
and effect our lives.
Challenges should always be
dealt with in clarity, acceptance
and a measured and reasonable response,
always seeking a positive result,
and never feeling overwhelmed.
Cool, calm responses give balance,
and the ability to see a problem for what it is,
rather than the disaster we most fear,
for that allows clear thinking
and measured steps to overcome it.
Burden yourself with monumental problems,
and you will indeed have them,
keep them realistic and considered,
and they will be just another bump in the road,
and nothing to disrupt life definitively.
All life is a matter of perception,
a positive perception allows easy and quick resolution,
while negative perceptions give strength
to the problem and create resistance,
making life much more difficult that it has to be.
