Hearts Speak To Me Of Love Divine

Hearts Speak To Me Of Love Divine

hearts speak
Love Divine in Slumber Deep

Hearts speak to me of love divine
When in slumber deep I dream,
Let me not awake till love is known
In celestial songs, with angelic voice
Of ethereal beauty.

My heart calls out to him softly,
As in starlit galaxies I journey
Upon the path to eternity,
Among ancient lands I walked before.
I hear his voice deep in my soul.

Each star we see is a reflection
Of the love within our hearts,
Our souls embody the essence
Of all that is pure in love,
As time renders a precious union.

Once again in dreams we unite,
And waves of joy come over us,
The bliss so glorious it is almost
Excruciating till our passion
Is quenched and in slumber repose.

No worldly pleasure compares
To the deeply spiritual love
We share, as hearts speak to us
Of love divine,
When in slumber deep I dream.

I have always liked to write. It is important to me that writing comes from my heart and soul. When writing poetry, if I do not feel a spiritual connection to what I am writing on, I will discard it and go on to something I can connect with on a spiritual level. I live in the moment, I write from the past or beyond the veil. When writing fiction I go with whatever inspires me at the moment - it could be funny, sorrowful, romantic or sometimes done with the use of colloquial language from mountain folk or other cultural regions. Phyllis,

This is a richly beautiful poem filled with passion from on-high. I have had dreams of such love; the love was divine, and thus, completely unconditional. It was a perfect love. And, in its presence, I felt perfect, unhurried Joy.

I believe it was The Lord giving me such a wondrous dream to let me know I am not alone, ever. He is always with me.

Your poem radiates joy, and radiating light of love.

    Hugs,

    Tamara
