The Call for an Independent Islamic State in Australia

The Call for an Independent Islamic State in Australia
The Call for an Independent Islamic State in Australia….such an insult

Politics and religion, never the twain shall meet,
for when one imposes itself on the other,
no good shall come of it,
just the conflict of purpose, each aspiring to rule.

How arrogant a Muslim mind to think
that they may have an independent Islamic state
within Australia, in fact demand it, to be ruled under Sharia law,
everything that Australian minds despise.

Diversity engenders cultural acceptance and undestanding,
and in its acceptance we ensure peace and compassion,
and in a country like Australia, we were all once immigants,
and now together, proudy Australian.

But who, as a new immigrant, dares to demand
a seperate state because of their religious beliefs,
a system of law that is repugnant to Australia,
and to disregard the culture, the laws and systems that protects all of us?

Religion and politics do not mix,
and here in Australia we have the freedom
to practice our chosen religions,
as long as that does not contradict our culture or laws.

Those who would demand change for their beliefs,
that in no way adheres or supports our rich culture
are dreaming, and in their own arrogance,
forefit any rights as they see it.

Immigrants either choose to live in Australia
and abide by our culture and law, or not,
and should they not, then they do not belong here,
and be quickly shown the door.

These kinds of aspirations are dangerous,
they evoke conflict and disharmony,
and in our beautiful country, those who disregard the life we offer here,
cannot be accepted and surely must be removed.

When will politicians grow some balls,
and stop trying to be so politically correct
in dealing with people who obviously
have no intention of becoming Australians.

Agreed – I feel the same way about America. People come here with no intention of becoming Americans; instead trying to import their culture and supplant it into American neighborhoods. It gotten so bad that in some areas, people devalue those who fly the American flag…in America.

This is the kind of absurd behavior that divides the world, you think they’d all be so happy to be in a country that is better and safer than their own, but no. They just want to take over and destroy all that has been gained in centuries of struggle and sacrifice. Thanks Ralph.

This is an outrage! Why do they think they can go to any country they want and start demanding their own state and laws? It is happening in America, too, and it makes me sick. I understand your feelings and opinion on this issue, Tony, and agree with you.

You echo my thoughts entirely. Apparently, they are trying to buy up entire suburbs and set them up as separate Muslim communities. It is a disgrace and needs to be stopped, right now! No other migrants have made such demands. They should be expected to assimilate into Australian society, accepting our laws and way of life, or be sent back to where they came from. No Sharia Law or Halal certified products.
