Love’s Musing

Love’s Musing

love's musing

This diamond, a small scintillating tick,

A flawless passing to adulthood quick

A sharply shimmered sun, in treble,

When our lips unearthed each other and clung,

When words escape like air from the lungs,

In silent language, in Tipani petals,

The dawn horizon stretches through her, bright,

Smitten with the clarity of starry nights,

Forever embraced in a moment’s kiss

Boundless through her eyes like flawless stars

In a world of ephemeral memoirs

You are that fire that burns eternal bliss

And people come to see your passion’s hue

The way it ignites you, the way it takes you.

The chemistry of touch, my soul, your heart,

No grander purge, in the flames of cupid’s beckon

Would again burn London down in seconds

Then in the minute hours of slumber’s start

When the entire world puts their hearts to sleep

The lyrics our silent mouths would steep

With but our eyes and through those windows, roam,

Like kindred souls who knew how to tango

We stared for hours, if minutes then let go

In perpetual bliss and right at home

With that you smiled, and I was wholly conquered,

My heart like putty in you tender offer

to me, you were a fight worth losing

So I sat there near you, as my heart melts

I couldn’t imagine sitting anywhere else,

riveted with the idea of  love’s musing.

I followed You, flowed with Your words… wondring where they will take me, but now I know all what I was feeling is the muse soaring over my head with its haunting mysterious touch, unique one dear Paul, prefect atmosphere for the title, for the creation and the real meaning of muse.
