Nature’s Beat…a sunny day refrain

All is Sweet in Nature’s Beat…

Nature's Beat
Nature’s Beat…a sunny day refrain

Petals unfurl to greet the day,
as blooms on stems stretching,
find strength to reach the sky and make,
the morning filled with warmth,
appreciate the rays.

Like soldiers at attention
they stand so straight,
yearning to be blessed by light,
and reaching higher than they might
without that nurturing sun.

And insects plunder their golden hearts,
to propagate yet other blooms,
and rolling green with dotted plumes,
petals white and many more assume,
that field of growth and joy.

And shadows pass
of white and burgeoning cloud,
like sails aloft in endless blue,
they cruise the skies like pirate ships,
peruse the bounties offered.

And day just glimmers her gifted fate,
rising sun and shadows make,
as life entreats all life to take,
another adventure gleaned,
from this, a glorious scene.

So when that sun does fall to slumber
amid the gloaming golden hues,
those petals curl to sleep and wait,
for sun to blink and then to wake,
to repeat this play again.

And all is sweet in nature’s beat.

Love it…flowers always get me. I enjoyed so much, all of your images here…like little soldiers standing attention, so clever. Because they DO, its perfect. I love watching blooms open with the sun, its just one of those miracles, most miss, so simple, so full of life. Plant life teaches us so much. Enjoyed it!…obviously.

    Best,
    Mel:)

You have given us a moment. A moment that displays the complexity of life all around us. A moment that needs to be shared because we have lost our ability to see it. Jamie

True Jamie, people ignore what’s most import. Nature is our guide, our teacher and in harmony, what our lives should be. Cheers!
